Baseball
Brentwood Baseball is about building a TEAM that is committed to doing the right things on and off the field, approaching the game with respect, giving great effort, exhibiting toughness, and playing for a cause greater than self. We believe these ingredients are instilled through hard work and character development.
Expectations
Off-season lifts begin in September 4x per week. Conditioning and days pick up to 5 per week starting in January. First day of practice is February 11th and players need to be expected to be available for practice 6 days per week till opening day in March.

eSports
eSports is a competitive, team-based activity where students will practice together to compete with other school teams in the district. Students will have opportunities to compete in matches based on their individual win/lose stats as well as small group win/lose stats. Games students will be competing in include League of Legends (PC), Rocket League (PC), Multiverses (PC), and Super Smash Bros Ultimate (Nintendo Switch). Students will be required to register in Final Forms to be eligible to attend practice and compete. E-Sports not only gives students a chance to play competitive video games, but also opens the door to many different careers in technology. There are also great scholarship opportunities for students who may be interested in playing at the collegiate level.
Coaches:
Soccer-Boys
Brentwood High School’s Boys soccer team has a long and storied history and a strong tradition of winning. The team has participated in 15 State Tournaments.
The Bruins have won numerous District, Regional and Sectional titles throughout their history and can be counted on to consistently field a team ranked among the best in the state.
Expectations
The first expectation for soccer is for every player to be a student athlete and to represent themselves in an exemplary manner both on and off the soccer field. The importance of academics and being a positive role model cannot be overstated. The average GPA for the Varsity team this past season was 4.15.
The second expectation is that every player and family must fully support the program. Players are representatives of Brentwood High School and must conform to all policies and procedures of Brentwood High School. Parents will be called on to offer their assistance in various forms throughout the year.
Tryouts
Tryouts will be at the beginning of the school year. Tryouts will be held at Brentwood High School and all students interested in playing are required to attend. There will be a supplemental tryout in February for new students and others who may not have been able to attend the August tryout. There will only be a few spaces available on the team in February however.
